Digital Walk-Around Checks – No More Paper Defect Books

Introducing Wosson’s digital walk-around checks has allowed DSW Environmental to ditch the traditional paper defect books.

Drivers now complete their daily vehicle checks digitally using the Wosson Driver App, with the ability to record defects, add comments and attach photographs directly from their phone.

Most importantly, the workshop has direct access to vehicle-related issues as soon as they are reported. There is no need to wait for paperwork to make its way back to the office, search through defect books or chase drivers for information.

This creates a much faster link between the driver, fleet management and workshop, helping DSW identify defects sooner, plan repairs and maintenance more efficiently and maintain a clear digital record of checks completed across the fleet.
